          Comment:<\/b> Bank transfers usually take 1-3 working days to process. The order processing and delivery date will only be agreed once the funds have been received in our bank account.<\/p>

          3. Cash payment<\/b><\/p>

          Cash payment is possible in the following cases:<\/p>

          • Personal collection at the company's head office<\/li>
          • For home delivery by our company<\/li><\/ul>

            Please have the exact amount ready to facilitate the receipt.<\/p>

            4. Delivery to a parcel point or a parcel machine<\/b><\/p>

            If the Customer cancels the order to a parcel counter or a parcel machine<\/b>, the delivery charge is determined individually<\/b> based on the selected address.
            The exact amount can be seen on the map of the webshop during the ordering process.<\/p>

                Comment:<\/b> In the case of deliveries made by our company (e.g. live flower products), delivery is always agreed by phone or e-mail.<\/p>

                4. Payment on delivery<\/b><\/p>

                Payment on delivery only in the case of personal delivery at the company's head office<\/b> is possible, in which case the cash on delivery charge free of charge<\/b>.<\/p>

                5. Payment terms<\/b><\/p>

                • The processing and fulfilment of orders will only begin after receipt of the purchase price (except for personal delivery!)<\/li>
                • The prices indicated in the webshop are gross prices and include VAT as required by law. Our company is not a VAT-registered company, so the VAT cannot be reclaimed by the Buyer.<\/li>
                • The Customer is obliged to verify the information provided during payment. The Operator shall not be liable for delays or incorrect performance resulting from incorrect data.<\/li><\/ul>
