1.Introductory provisions
1.1 We inform you that by using the website available at flowercornerbudapest.com (hereinafter: Website - Webshop), you as the Customer (Consumer) declare that you are aware of and accept the following general terms and conditions of contract written in accordance with the Civil Code (Act V of 2013), § 6:77-6:81. If you wish to become a customer or an active user of the facilities offered by the Website, please read carefully our General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) and use our services only if you agree with all of its points and consider them binding on you.
This document is concluded in electronic form only. The contract governed by the following terms and conditions shall be deemed to be a contract concluded between distance contractors within the meaning of the Civil Code.

2. Range of products and services available for purchase
2.1 Our company's main profile is the sale of durable products, therefore if you wish to purchase a live flower product, you can do so by phone order which Iglo Corner Ltd. (hereinafter: Service Provider) can only fulfill within 2-3 working days, immediate purchase of live flower products is not possible, as we do not have live flower stock. On the Website you can find the online catalogue, “live flower” tab, you can choose from the products listed here, if your idea is not in the catalogue, we can also arrange it by telephone, if we can and feasible to prepare your idea at the agreed time. In the case of products with live flowers, we can only accept orders if at least half of the total amount is paid in advance by the Customer. In all cases, please include your full name in the communication so that we can attach the payment to the order. If you have forgotten to do so, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can identify the order to which the advance payment can be attached.

2.2 Please contact us for more information about the services and prices on the phone number or e-mail address provided, as we can tailor each service to your needs at a unique price. For each occasion or event, we will prepare an individual quotation based on the discussion, so we can only quote for services after consultation.
2.3 Important: The images shown on the product data sheets on the Website may differ from the actual product. This applies both to the products on the Site and to the products themselves. “live flower” products in the catalogue. The products available for purchase on the Website are subject to factors that do not affect the quality and appearance of the product, i.e.: minimal differences in: layout, form. As the flowers are seasonal we cannot always use exactly the same flowers in the bouquets or boxes as in the live flower catalogue, but we will of course make a similar style to the one shown in the picture, but as it is only possible to order live flower products by phone, we will inform you about the selection of flowers. Also, important information is that no two products are the same, as everything is made individually and by hand so there may be minimal variation between product and product. In all cases, we use quality ingredients in our products!
3. Ordering information and prices
3.1 The products on the Website can be ordered online through the Webshop, by courier delivery, by postal delivery or by personal collection at the company's headquarters.
3.2 The prices displayed for the products are in gross prices, which include the statutory VAT of 27%, but our company is not a VAT circuit so you cannot deduct this from your payment obligation.
3.3 The products do not include delivery charges. Exceptions are for purchases over HUF 50,000. In this case, free delivery applies to the whole of Hungary. (Except for delivery by the company!)
3.4 No extra packaging costs will be charged. The detailed delivery charges are part of these terms and conditions and are “Terms of delivery” you can find it under.
3.5 If the operator, despite due diligence, indicates an incorrect price next to the product and the price of the product differs from its generally accepted price, the operator is not obliged to provide the product at the incorrect price, but is obliged to offer the customer the possibility of purchasing the product at the real price in the order confirmation. If the customer does not wish to make use of this option, he has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the contract.
3.6 On the website you can browse the products and services available for purchase by product category. In addition to the listed products, you can view a brief description of each product, its price and other features. If you need more detailed information, please contact us by phone or e-mail at the phone number provided in the operator details.
4. How to order
4.1 The Customer selects the desired Product in the Webshop and then clicks on the “Add to Cart” button to become part of the purchase process. Products can be added to the Shopping Cart without logging in. To place an order no registration required, but you can register to track future orders and shop faster. You can find the registration in the top menu bar.
If you are already a registered customer and have forgotten your password, please contact us at the phone number or e-mail address given in the operator details. To log in, please go to the “Login” menu, enter your registered e-mail address and password and press the login button. If you are successfully logged in, your registered email address and the exit button will appear, allowing you to leave the store.
4.2 You can check and edit the contents of your shopping cart by going to “Cart”. You can change the quantity of products in your shopping cart, select the payment and delivery method, delete items or empty the cart completely. If you wish to add more items to your basket, select the „Continue shopping” button. If everything is in order and you have decided to proceed with the order, you can click on the Cashier button to finalise your order.
4.3 After the order has been finalised, an automatic confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided, containing the order details. If you do not receive such an email, the system has not accepted your order. In this case, please contact us using the operator details.
4.4 After the order has been processed, we will send an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided. Order closed confirmation. The product will be delivered only after this. The order process is described in the Order tracking menu, where you can also view all your previous orders. Each order is unique with order number can be identified.
The sending of the order shall be subject to payment. [Consumer Protection Law - Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.)]
5. Registration
To make a purchase on our Website, the User may enter his/her details without registering. The information required for the purchase is as follows: name, billing and shipping information, and e-mail address. In the case of registration, the User will also provide a password for easy access later and must accept the terms and conditions of registration before finalising the registration. Upon registration, the system will confirm the registration by e-mail.
The User shall keep his password confidential. If, despite the correct provision of the password and unique identifier during the identification process, the data is transferred to an unauthorized third party, the Data Controller shall not be liable for any resulting damage.
The e-mail address you provide during the purchase process may be used by the Website to send technical messages, such as order status or confirmation.
The User may request the deletion of his/her registered data at any time. In order to validate the request for deletion, the User must confirm the request by e-mail, so as to avoid the deletion of another person's data, either intentionally or by mistake.
In all cases, the Data Controller shall comply with the provisions of the GDPR and ensure the secure processing of personal data.
The processing of the personal data provided during registration and purchase is subject to the In the Privacy Notice which is available on the Website.
6. Processing of orders
6.1 Orders are processed on working days between 10:00-16:00. It is also possible to place an order outside the times indicated as order processing times, but if the order is placed after working hours, the order will only be processed on the following working day. The time limit for processing an accepted order is 1 to 3 working days from the date of confirmation for products in stock. In case the product is not in stock, it takes 5-7 working days depending on the place of purchase.
If you order by phone, the products on the Website (with the exception of the live flower products in the catalogue) can be picked up or delivered the same day (if our stock includes the products needed for the preparation).
6.2 If the parcel is delivered by an external courier service, the Operator shall be liable for any damage or delay in accordance with the applicable consumer protection regulations.
7. Method of payment of the price of the product ordered and the delivery charge
7.1 How to pay for the product ordered:
7.1.1 Bank transfer in advance: if we have already confirmed your order, you will find our bank account number and the order number in the confirmation e-mail, which you should reference in the remarks / message section of the transfer. Once the amount transferred has been credited to our bank account, only then will the product be dispatched by courier or delivered by our company.
7.1.2 In person: in this case, you pay the purchase price of the product in HUF at the Operator's headquarters, either in cash or by credit card. Payment by bank card is possible for holders of the following valid and current bank cards:
- MasterCard,
- Visa,
- AmericanExpress,
- Revolut.
7.1.3 Cash on delivery
The product(s) will be delivered by a courier service contracted by us to the address you have provided, where the invoiced price of the product(s) will be paid to the courier in cash or by credit card. In the case of a cash on delivery order, the cash on delivery charge will be added to the delivery charge.
7.1.4 Online credit card and digital payment:
In our webshop you can also pay online via Revolut Pay and PayPal.
These payment methods are fast, secure and provide instant confirmation of the transaction. Once your payment has been successfully completed, your order will be processed automatically.
7.2 The total amount to be paid includes all costs based on the order summary and confirmation letter. The invoice and guarantee letter are included in the package. Please inspect the parcel before delivery and, in the event of any damage or shortage of products, ask for a report to be made and do not take delivery. We are unable to accept any subsequent claims without a report.
8. Delivery charges
8.1 The order value changes with the location of the delivery, this is “Terms of delivery” to read more about the details.
8.2 If the order value exceeds HUF 50,000, in this case delivery is free of charge to the whole territory of Hungary, including MPL delivery (except delivery by our company).
8.3 In the case of cash on delivery orders, the delivery charge will be added to the value of the order. The amount of this delivery conditions menu item.
9. Delivery deadline
For products in stock, 1-3 working days from order confirmation. In case the product is not in stock 3-7 working days.
10. Home delivery information
10.1 Orders placed on the Website are processed by Kvikk.hu Kft(can manage), the GLS, a Foxpost, a DPD or the Hungarian Post delivered by your courier service.
Parcels are delivered on working days:
- GLS and Foxpost courier services: between 08:00-18:00
- Magyar Posta and DPD: between 08:00-17:00
Please provide a delivery address where the courier will be able to reach you within the specified period and where the courier is guaranteed to receive the shipment and, in the case of a cash on delivery order, to pay the courier for the order and the delivery fee. The exact time of delivery and the tracking number of the parcel will always be notified to the Customer by e-mail.
10.2 You should only order the products you want if you can pay the courier for them on receipt of the parcel. In the case of returned parcels which are not accepted, the delivery and return charges will be charged to the customer and we will only be able to resend the parcel if the parcel is paid in advance.

11. Right of withdrawal
11.1 The Customer has the right to cancel the order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. If the product is returned to our head office in a completely undamaged and unused condition. This does not apply to live flower products.
11.2 In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send the Service Provider a declaration clearly stating his/her intention to withdraw by post or by electronic mail (e-mail).
We can provide a guarantee if the following points are met (if this is not the case, we will unfortunately not be able to enforce the guarantee):
The Customer may exercise its right of withdrawal by using the enclosed model withdrawal notice by filling in the form and returning it by e-mail.
- If the problem is covered by the warranty, we can either replace the product (if we have the product in stock or if we have the supplies to assemble the composition) or provide a refund.
Money-back guarantee (14-day cancellation)
- The right of withdrawal can only be exercised for the entire order.
- Within 14 days of receiving the parcel, send it to the ”Operator. data” at the following address. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the parcel.
- You must return the products received in the condition in which they were received at the time of ordering and ensure that they are delivered undamaged. We cannot refund the value of damaged, unlabelled, etc. products.
- Refunds will be initiated within 5 working days of the package being returned, using the same method of payment as the original payment. We are unable to accept COD or postage paid shipments.
Which we cannot guarantee:
- Damage caused by your own fault, we cannot guarantee (e.g. you dropped the product, children knocked it over, the product got wet, you used it for a purpose other than for which it was intended)
12. Good Standing

12.2 If you have any problems with the product after 14 days (e.g. the glue is not sticking), please contact us using one of the contact details provided and we will find a solution to help you solve the problem.
13. Data protection
13.1. The Customer's data will be treated confidentially by the Website and will not be disclosed to third parties, unless the Customer chooses to have it delivered by an external courier company.
13.2. The Operator processes the Customer's personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (GDPR - 2016/679/EU). The detailed terms and conditions of data processing can be found in the ‘Privacy Policy’.
14. Other provisions
14.1 The Website reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The Customer will be notified of any changes on the Website.
14.2 The Customer may submit complaints orally, in writing or electronically, to which the Operator will respond in writing within 30 days. The Customer may also submit a complaint via the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
14.3 The parties will seek to resolve future disputes primarily through amicable means. If you have any problems, please contact us in the first instance and we will try to resolve the problem without legal involvement.
