1. Payment by credit card

1.1 In our webshop, you can pay online by credit card through our secure, encrypted payment system. We accept the following credit cards:

1.2 In case of personal receipt (at our headquarters), payment by credit card is also possible with the following cards:

• Revolut

Important: Under no circumstances will the Operator have access to the Customer's credit card data during the payment by credit card.

2. Advance payment

If you wish to pay by prepayment, you can use one of the following details:

Comment: Bank transfers usually take 1-3 working days to process. The order processing and delivery date will only be agreed once the funds have been received in our bank account.

3. Cash payment

Cash payment is possible in the following cases:

• Personal collection at the company's head office
• For home delivery by our company

Please have the exact amount ready to facilitate the receipt.

4. Delivery to a parcel point or a parcel machine

If the Customer cancels the order to a parcel counter or a parcel machine, the delivery charge is determined individually based on the selected address.
The exact amount can be seen on the map of the webshop during the ordering process.

GLS door to door delivery by size:

• XS (max. 35 cm) - 2 590 Ft
• S (max. 50 cm) - 3 290 Ft
• M (max. 65 cm) - 3 790 Ft
• L (max. 80 cm) - 4 490 Ft
• XL (max. 3 m circumference) - 4 990 Ft

Comment: In the case of deliveries made by our company (e.g. live flower products), delivery is always agreed by phone or e-mail.

4. Payment on delivery

Payment on delivery only in the case of personal delivery at the company's head office is possible, in which case the cash on delivery charge free of charge.

5. Payment terms

• The processing and fulfilment of orders will only begin after receipt of the purchase price (except for personal delivery!)
• The prices indicated in the webshop are gross prices and include VAT as required by law. Our company is not a VAT-registered company, so the VAT cannot be reclaimed by the Buyer.
• The Customer is obliged to verify the information provided during payment. The Operator shall not be liable for delays or incorrect performance resulting from incorrect data.
