3.3 The products are delivered by courier; the Webshop will make every effort to ensure safe delivery, but will be liable for any damage caused by the courier's error up to the limit of the law. For particularly fragile products, personal delivery is recommended.

4. Information about the products

The descriptions and prices of products in the Webshop are given to the best of our knowledge. Prices are subject to change, and the images shown are illustrations from which the colour and design of the actual products may differ, as all handmade unique products are made from carefully selected quality materials.

5. Conditions of purchase

When making a purchase, the customer is required to provide the necessary information, including name, address and contact details (e-mail address and telephone number). By making a purchase, the customer accepts the terms and conditions of the Webshop.

6. Payment methods

6.1 In the Webshop, customers can choose from the following payment options:

1. Advance payment: The buyer transfers the amount to the bank account number provided.
2. Online payment: The customer pays for the product online in advance.
3. Payment on delivery: On receipt of the product, the buyer must by credit card or cash (These are available for personal collection or delivery by us!)

6.2 The purchase becomes valid when the payment is received in full by the Webshop. Detailed information on payment methods is available on the „Payment information” you will find under.

7. Customer rights

7.1 The buyer has the right to 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the product, as detailed in the GTC.
7.2 The conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal, the method of return and the costs to be borne by the GTC regulates.

8. Terms of delivery

The ordered products will be delivered to the customer's address according to the delivery method chosen. The delivery dates are indicative and the Webshop will endeavour to meet the deadlines given, but they are not guaranteed.

9. Right of withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days (from the date of receipt of the product) if the product is returned in its original, unused condition. The conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal, the method of return and the costs to be borne by the customer are set out in the GTC (General terms and conditions).

12. Final provisions

12.1 The Webshop may modify the above terms and conditions at any time and will notify customers of such modifications via the website.
